PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

Nomad Pad accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

Nomad Pad strives to ship orders within 24 hours from the time of order placement. We ship to all of Canada.

Shipping is ALWAYS FREE with Nomad Pad! 

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 7-14 business days after ordering. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 1 - year warranty included with the Nomad Pad. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
