REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund by emailing us at hello@nomadpad.ca. Our team will send return instructions. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your request.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Product must include original packaging (bag and cardboard box)

  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided


APPROVAL OF RETURNS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
