I agree to the rental terms and the $500 refundable deposit. I will complete the required setup video before the unit is released (self-pickup) or acknowledge white glove delivery terms.
I understand the unit will be inspected (screen on, parts checklist) at both pickup and return, and I am responsible for any damage beyond normal use.

Got questions
Frequently asked
What is the $500 deposit for? +
The deposit protects against damage or loss of the unit or its components. It is 100% refundable upon return and inspection. If everything checks out on the parts checklist and the screen powers on, you get it back in full — no questions asked.
What is the setup video requirement? +
For self-pickup rentals, we email you a short tutorial video after booking. You must watch it in its entirety and confirm completion before the unit is released to you. This ensures your display looks great and the equipment is handled correctly.
Where do I pick up the unit? +
Self-pickup is available at 223 Lake Crescent, Saskatoon. Please ensure you have completed the setup video acknowledgment before arriving. A Nomad Pad rep will be there to go through the parts checklist and power on the screen with you.
What areas do you deliver to? +
We currently service Saskatoon and the surrounding area for white glove delivery. Regina is coming soon. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, reach out and we'll confirm.
Can I extend my rental? +
Yes — additional days are $89 per unit per day, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible to lock in the extension.
What kind of content can I display? +
Nomad Pad supports video loops, slideshows, static images, websites, landing pages, and custom branded content. Many customers display their live website or product page directly on screen — perfect for showrooms, waiting rooms, and lobbies. Other popular uses include: real estate listings, menu boards for restaurants and food vendors, product demo reels for dealerships and retailers, service packages for spas and clinics, event schedules and sponsor logos, and social media feeds. If it plays on a screen, it plays on a Nomad Pad. We can advise on formats and specs after booking.
What kind of businesses rent Nomad Pads? +
All kinds — but the most common are: car dealerships and auto shops showcasing their inventory, real estate agents displaying listings at open houses, restaurants and food trucks running digital menus, spas and clinics promoting their service packages, fitness studios showing class schedules, retailers running product promotions, and contractors or trades businesses showing their portfolio at client meetings. If your business meets with customers face to face, a Nomad Pad will make an impression.
Can I use it as a permanent in-store display? +
Absolutely — and many businesses start with a rental and end up purchasing a unit for exactly that reason. A Nomad Pad works great as a permanent lobby display, waiting room screen, showroom feature, or reception area digital sign. If you love it after your rental, your full rental amount applies toward the purchase price within 30 days. Ask us about the buy program when you book.
